Allen, I knew you when you sang at the " Dome Shadows" in Houston.Always liked your sound. My wife & I travel to Louisiana often & wondering if you still do any shows ? Each time I pass where Lou Anns & Big Oaks were I think of the Boogie Kings. I remember you doing some songs with them in Galveston on the beach.Glad to hear you are doing well.

Allen! I'm so happy to have found this website. I was one of your nurses during your difficult times. You have never left my memory. I am SO happy to hear you are a 10 year+ survivor. That is awesome! I have thought of you and Dianne many many times. So great to see all the other sides of you here.

Just still a big fan and I think about you and what you have been through and you're still rocking. I remember the good times at the Dome Shadows. Best to you always.

Hey Allen: I am still waiting to do a radio interview with you. Do you still have a copy of "Divorce Looks Good On You". We used to play that record a lot back in the day. I would like to add it to our hard drive collection for our Classic Country station. Call me at 337-363-2124. Mark

Where is and when are you playing in the Lafayette area so maybe I can try to go see yall? Loved listening and watching the performance all of you did at Heyman Center. It was great!

Yo Doo Doo, happy hear about your life. You may not remember that once upon a time, I was a R&R piano player (part time with Johnny Preston and BJ Richardson) and singer. Then, I switched to progressive jazz and played/sang at a private club (before I was 18, which wouldn't happen today). Then, in college, I bought a 0021NY Martin and switched to folk music. Since then, I have written a few songs, but music is not a big part of my life like it used to be. You stayed with it...from 3 years old on...VERY interesting. Great to see your pictures along the way. Almost like being there with you. It is really emotional for me to think about your/our musical heritage. I always tell people, the music we grew up with/around was COMPLETELY different than the music around the rest of the country and the world. Best regards, Jerry
